General Fabricator

Compensation Range: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Mt. Healthy Area)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Employment Structure: Full-Time / Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate shop equipment including PEM insertion machines, spot welders, metal rollers, drill presses, belt grinders, and tap/countersink tools

Use hand and power tools to assemble metal components to specification

Perform deburring and weld blending using pneumatic and electric grinders

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and customer documentation

Measure work using rules, gauges, calipers, and templates

Meet daily production targets and maintain established output rates

Follow standard work instructions and complete required production documentation

Communicate quality, parts supply, and safety issues to supervisory staff in real time

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation at all times

Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements throughout the shift

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience — metal fabrication or woodworking backgrounds both considered

Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating a variety of shop floor equipment

Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings

Basic shop math skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for a full 10-hour shift

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to quality and detail in a production environment
