About the Opportunity

An innovative, rapidly growing outpatient neurology and psychiatry practice is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join their Myrtle Beach, SC location. Youll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, offering advanced treatments like Spravato (esketamine), ketamine infusions, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), while enjoying incredible work-life balance, autonomy, and uncapped earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage medication therapy, including administration of Spravato and ketamine-based treatments (training provided)
• Oversee and monitor TMS therapy sessions and patient progress
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling as part of an integrated treatment approach
• Collaborate closely with neurologists, therapists, and medical staff to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current on industry best practices
• Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced training opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Board Certification in Psychiatry (Required)
• Active or eligible medical license in South Carolina
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred (but not required)
• Interest or experience in Spravato, ketamine therapy, and TMS treatments (training available if needed)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
• Passion for integrated, multidisciplinary treatment approaches

• Base Salary: $280,000 guaranteed first year OR 35% of collections, whichever is greater (no cap)
