Job Summary

A full-service architecture and engineering firm based in Cincinnati, OH, is looking for a Sr Architect with a technical, collaborate, and forward-thinking mindset.  This Sr Architect will also have exceptional team management + leadership skills.  

Responsibilities:

This Sr Architect will work on various projects across the public sector, including healthcare.

• Lead and collaborate on architectural projects from schematic design all the way through construction documents
• Review design work to ensure compliance (codes, regulations, industry standards)
• Assist PM and PA in project scope, schedule and budget 
• Troubleshoot technical and design challenges and come up with solutions to ensure project completion.  
• Build / maintain client + internal relationships
• Support and increase overall team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience 
• Bachelors + Master's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect (RA) is required 
• Recent experience preparing contract documents (drawings + specs)
• Healthcare / public sector work is preferred
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices
• Working knowledge in REVIT, Bluebeam, Ajera, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
