Youll lead projects from schematic design through construction documents, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers. Leadership, ownership, and career growth await the right candidate.

What Youll Do

• Manage site development projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and local review agencies
• Oversee utility, grading, stormwater, and road infrastructure design
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and staffing
• Attend construction meetings and conduct field observations
• Act as Engineer of Record for assigned projects
• Contribute to business development and client relationships

What Youll Need

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• PE license in Ohio
• 12+ years of civil design experience in land development
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Skilled in CAD, civil design software, and project budgeting
• Familiarity with Ohio permitting processes and review standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
