Production Operator (2nd or 3rd Shift)

Location: Ravenna, OH
Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: M–F, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($2/hour shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Fri, 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM ($1.50/hour shift premium)
  Compensation: $21–$26/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion, blending, and packaging equipment
• Follow SOPs and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Perform in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and comply with all safety protocols

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with extrusion, blending, or packaging equipment
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift on a consistent schedule
• Forklift experience a plus, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
