Position: Epicor Administrator

Location: Louisville, KY

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + ESOP + Full Benefits

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Administrator to manage and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This individual will ensure system uptime, manage configurations, support integrations, develop customizations, and provide end-user training. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic ERP to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage user roles, permissions, configurations, and system security settings.
• Monitor system performance and apply updates, patches, and bug fixes.
• Provide daily end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary internal ERP point of contact and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain customizations, workflows, scripts, and system enhancements.
• Support API integrations with other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, data migration management, and cleanup.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and queries for business intelligence needs.
• Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, module implementations, and system enhancements.
• Create documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
• Conduct system testing and validation prior to deployment.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Strong SQL and database management knowledge.
• Experience with ERP scripting, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Understanding of system security, data backup, and recovery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or finance operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Strong SQL and database management knowledge.
• Experience with ERP scripting, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Understanding of system security, data backup, and recovery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or finance operations preferred.
