About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for the physical and system-based execution of outbound order fulfillment and inbound shipment processing within an industrial warehouse setting. The role directly supports shipment readiness, special-order accuracy, and receiving documentation control, with ownership spanning pick verification, wrap-and-pack execution, PO entry, and manufacturer returns. The environment requires comfort around moving equipment, industrial noise, and daily material handling. This is a production-support warehouse role where precision directly influences downstream customer and operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Pick and verify non-stock and special-order materials from warehouse shelving using item identifiers and quantity controls
• Package and label outbound shipments to ensure invoice visibility and shipment traceability
• Process wrap-and-pack orders by validating packing slips against purchase orders and resolving count discrepancies
• Enter purchase orders and inbound shipment receipts into the warehouse system with accurate sales order linkage
• Coordinate return shipments to manufacturers for repair processing
• Support outbound packaging for regional and out-of-town shipments
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment for warehouse movement and storage
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and storage discipline across assigned areas

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse order picking and receiving experience
• Forklift operating experience in an industrial setting
• Working knowledge of packing slips, purchase orders, and shipment verification workflows
• Ability to read written work instructions and match part identifiers accurately
• Experience working in a noise-controlled industrial warehouse requiring PPE compliance
